REY L. RALOTA, the Vice-President for Marketing & Finance is registered Civil Engineer who finished his Civil Engineering course at Cebu Institute of Technology in 1983. A registered Geodetic Engineer and finished his career at the University of Southern Philippines in 1995 and finished his Master In Public Management at the University of Philippines Cebu in 1989. His exemplary accomplishments and success in the field of property management and property development leads the company's  vision to help the government's  shelter program.
